Division Start Times and Playing Schedule:
The full playing schedule will be posted on AES(Advance Event Systems)

Sunday: Check the online schedule on AES for the individual team playing/ref schedules.

All teams are scheduled for a minimum of 10 sets over the 2 days of the event. If a team loses its first match in bracket play on Sunday, there is a placement match scheduled.

All schedules are subject to change. It is the teams’ responsibility to know their playing and officiating schedule.

Team Rosters
All participants must have a current USAVolleyball membership.
Teams must present a PRINTED AES or SportsEngine-generated roster prior to each match. (There will be a $25 fee for the issue of any roster on-site due to ANY change. Please check your rosters, we do not want to collect this fee, BUT WE WILL! NO handwritten change to a roster is allowed.)

NO player added to a team roster will be allowed once the team has begun play.

Players, coaches, etc not listed on the roster will not be allowed to participate.

Only club members listed on the team roster may sit on the team bench during play.

Matches will not be delayed due to a roster issue. If a team does not have enough eligible players present at match time due to a roster issue, forfeit procedures will be applied. If a player is not on the roster or has an incorrect number, that player may not participate until the roster is corrected and only if it is the team’s first match of the event.

A player found not to be on a roster of a team that has already played will be declared ineligible and all matches in which the player participated will be forfeited.

While match officials are required to check team rosters prior to play, it is not the match officials’ responsibility should a roster discrepancy not be noticed.

Playing Format
Warm-ups: 2 minutes shared, followed by 4 minutes serving team, 4 minutes receiving team.  (Serve within your own 4 minutes.)
All matches are scheduled for 2 out of 3 sets to 25; deciding set, if necessary, to 15. (If scheduled, a three-team pool on Saturday will be three sets to 25.)
Matches may begin 15 minutes early if all involved teams agree.

Referee Assignments
Referee assignments are listed with the team’s playing schedule on AES.
Teams need to provide: R2, a scorer, an assistant scorer and 2 line judges. (Players age 15+ who are qualified may R2, otherwise, it must be a team coach.)
Missed referee assignment – 1 pt. p/min beginning 5 minutes prior to scheduled match time. (Assessed on next set/match.)

Results / Seeding for Championship play
There are NO tie-breaker matches after pool play.
If teams finish tied in match records, the higher seeded team will then be determined by; 1) sets won/loss pct., 2) point percentage [Pts scored divided by pts scored against. The higher point percentage is the higher finisher, etc.] 3) Coin toss.
All 2-team ties are decided by which team won their head-to-head match, if played, in pool play.

Awards
Individual medals will be awarded to teams finishing 1st (gold) and 2nd (silver) in the Championship Bracket.
The Championship team will also receive the ‘Game Ball’.
